  On 5th September 2014 I had been contacted by the UK-based journalist Lennox Morrison because she was writing an article on collecting fountain pens for BBC Capital . She asked me if I was free for a telephone/skype interview of about 20 minutes on Monday 8th September in the first afternoon. She'd like to ask me about when and why I became interested in fountain pens and writing instruments, whether I do so purely for pleasure or also for profit, which pens are particularly special for me. Also, if I have advice for other collectors on where to start, where to buy, how to look after my collection etc. So after some message we agreed for the interview, that, let me sincerly tell, it was very pleasant and it last around 40 minutes. Premessa: L'emanazione del Decreto Legislativo n. 102 del 4 luglio 2014 (G.U. 18/07/2014 n. 165) ha segnato una pietra miliare nella gestione del condominio in Italia. Recependo la Direttiva Europea 2012/27/UE sull'efficienza energetica, il decreto ha introdotto una serie di disposizioni volte a razionalizzare i consumi energetici negli edifici, tra cui la definizione ufficiale di "Condominio". Analisi della definizione: L'articolo 2, comma 2, lettera f) del D.Lgs. 102/2014 definisce il condominio come: Condominio: edificio con almeno due unità immobiliari, di proprietà in via esclusiva di soggetti che sono anche comproprietari delle parti comuni. Prima di tale decreto, la nozione di condominio era priva di una compiuta ed univoca definizione a livello legislativo, risultando frammentata e oggetto di diverse interpretazioni giurisprudenziali.
